All personal training clients are given a complete physical assessment which allows our trainers the ability address areas of weakness and achieve the best possible results as quickly as possible.

Injury avoidance is often overlooked at most other fitness facilities but, it’s just another point that separates us from the others. Our goal isn’t just to get you lean and fit but to keep you healthy so you can maintain those results.

Injuries remain one of the most common reasons cited for people dropping from fitness programs; so, our F.I.T. programs are designed to minimize injuries and maximize results, keeping you healthy, active, lean and fit.

Our entire training staff is nationally certified and many have obtained advanced certification in specialty training (e.g. kettlebells, triathlons/cycling, endurance/performance). Whether you are a weekend warrior, a high-level athlete or just looking to improve your level of conditioning and lose a few pounds, our trainers have the necessary skills and education to help you achieve your goals.
