Fitness Bootcamp

hpiChicago's fully-equipped training facility and certified professional trainers will help motivate and inspire you through a series of intense strength training and cardio exercises to help you achieve the health (and better body) you deserve.

Imagine stair workouts, push-ups, squats, running, sprinting and pushing yourself to a new level of fitness. Our Drill Instructors will challenge you, but will be at your side to help you succeed, no matter your fitness level.

Bootcamp sessions are held Monday through Friday at 5:30am, 9:00am, and 6:30pm.
