For those patient and clients who already have  a dietary program in place, our initial consultation includes:

  • Body composition by skinfold measurement.
  • Supplement assessment.
  • Exercise/Activity survey.
  • Muscle tone/Endurance assessment.
  • Physical evaluation (blood pressure, oxygen saturation, heart rate)

By accurately determining your current level of fitness, body composition, eating habits and current physical capacity, a program can be better designed to suit your needs.
